Forum: texts Subject: Microsoft License Update on E-texts

In the announcement on Public Funding posted here at the archive, it was stated that Microsoft "said they were removing contractual restrictions on the texts".

The license that appears at the info page,/a> still restricts the works scanned after 11/1/2006 to never appear in a commercial service. Is that 'no listing' clause ever going to be removed?

Does this it prevent me from ever citing the texts here in research papers that may be accessible thru places like EBSCO?
